We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and can't wait to go back! The apartment was huge and beautifully appointed. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location on the very private beach, and the staff.

Everything is INCREDIBLE here. Cayman crazy golfing was about 15 minutes walk. We can recommend the hotel and its staff.

The apartment was HUGE and beautifully appointed! The staff was SO helpful prior to our visit, helping us arrange activities, etc. and also VERY accommodating while we were there - blowing up rafts, etc.

The hotel had two good things: we were welcomed with complementary champagne and there was a free shuttle that took us to nearby attractions. The location was also convenient as everything we wanted was easily accessible.

Our thanksgiving stay was ruined by terrible service and unfriendly staff. We experienced a power outage on the day and the staff didn't seem to handle the situation well.

We stayed in a stunning three-bedroom room that had a breathtaking view of the ocean right on the gorgeous beach. the windows offered no noise protection and we could hear the rumble of other vacationers throughout the night. the housekeeping service was average, and the bathroom could use a good scrubbing. the breakfast could use improvement, but the lunch and dinner were satisfactory. the beach staff was helpful in setting up umbrellas and chairs and offered excellent service at lunch and dinner.

The location had no access to nearby islands or boat transport, which was disappointing.

We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to a huge new supermarket, directly across the street.

Best parts of my business trip included clean and well-equipped suites with amazing ocean views. the friendly and capable staff made me feel welcome and at home. Conveniently situated, I had easy access to major attractions, supermarkets, and rental stations. I also appreciated the free WiFi and phone calls within the resort. I was disappointed with the cost of water sports equipment rentals, which was exceedingly high. the absence of complimentary breakfast made dining options and convenience limited.

This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the private facilities were exclusive, and the outdoor dining area was superb. the location advantages were great as it was easily accessible to many restaurants and shops. the service provided was impeccable, with housekeeping making sure everything was pristine and timely.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the swimming pool not being heated. However, the pool was not crowded, and the room advantages were exclusive, with a well-appointed kitchen and updated amenities.
